Should technology production corporations be required to ensure their technology is “safe” for child use; if so, how?

Interesting question. Who would decide what is safe. If left to trained 'professionals' there would be cries of sensorship. Little do these people know that there needs to be some method of protecting children from technology that they cannot possibly understand the significance of. They are just not capable, we have Grade 2 aged children playing the same games as Grade 12 students, pretty wild!!
